Padel Ball Court respects visitor privacy. This page summarizes what data is collected and how it is used.

What we collect today

The site is mostly static. Standard server logs from the hosting provider may record IP address, request path, and user-agent for operational purposes.

Padel Ball Court uses privacy-conscious analytics through Vercel Web Analytics. This may collect page views and basic interaction events — such as search filters applied, map usage, or form funnel steps — to understand how visitors use discovery and inquiry features.

Analytics events are designed not to intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, exact coordinates, or form message text. Search activity is summarized by query length and filter context, not the words you typed.

What we do not collect today

No marketing emails from Padel Ball Court. No Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. No cross-site advertising pixels. No fingerprinting. No third-party fonts or scripts beyond map tiles (Mapbox) and the analytics provider described above.

Player accounts (optional)

You can browse the directory without an account. If you choose to sign in, authentication is handled by Clerk. We receive your account identifier and email for account management only — not for public display on club or city pages.

Saved clubs, alerts, and preferences are not fully live yet. When those features ship, this policy will describe what is stored and how to delete your data.

Submissions

Forms on list your club, claim listing, contact, and advertise collect only the fields needed to review your request. Contact email is used for project-only routing and is not published on the public site. Submissions are sent through a secure email provider when configured; they are not written into the public club catalog automatically.

Browser location on the search page is used only client-side to sort and map nearby clubs. It is not stored by Padel Ball Court, not sent in analytics events, and not added to the URL.

Cookies

Padel Ball Courtdoes not set first-party cookies for directory features. Clerk may set session cookies when you sign in. Vercel Web Analytics may use minimal session identifiers as part of its service; see Vercel's privacy documentation for details. Any additional cookies introduced later will be listed here with their purpose.

Updates

This policy will be updated when any new tracker, integration, or data collection mechanism is added. Updates will be reflected by the change date at the top of the file.
